  • Cancellations

    We kindly request that clients consider rescheduling or canceling their appointments with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the appointed service cost. A full business day's notice is appreciated for any adjustments to service reservations to ensure a smooth and seamless experience, free from any associated fees.

    Appointments rescheduled with less than a full business day's notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost applied to the card on file. Please be advised that appointments canceled on the day of or those left unattended will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost, billed to the card on file. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy contribute to the quality and efficiency of our services.

  • Service Adjustments

    We are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our services. Should your experience fall short of your expectations, please communicate any concerns either during your appointment or within 48 hours following the completion of your services.

    While services are non-refundable, we are dedicated to rectifying any issues promptly. We kindly request that adjustments be coordinated with the original service provider within two weeks of the initial appointment.

    In the event you are unwilling to work with the original artist, management will handle your requests accordingly.

  • Reimbursement

    In the event of product dissatisfaction, we invite you to initiate a return within a 30-day timeframe for a replacement or an in-salon retail credit.

    While services are non-refundable, we are dedicated to rectifying any issues promptly. To address dissatisfaction, we gladly offer complimentary corrective appointments.

    Your contentment is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.
